The purpose of the Persuasion Development Program is to help develop skills necessary to analyze the basic expectations, needs and complaints of customers, adopt the persuasion approach best suited for the customer and handle the objections which may occur during the persuasion process. This Academy is especially designed for teams which engage in activities such as building customer loyalty and customer acquisition.

Basic Level:

Suitable for participants who wish to develop their persuasion skills. The purpose is to help the participant acquire persuasion skills which form an important part of communication.

Intermediate Level:

This is the program where basic persuasion skills are supported through workshops. The purpose is to put into use, through scenarios, case studies and group exercises, the techniques and skills that are explained in classroom trainings and help participants generate actions in those areas which they need to improve.

Advanced Level:

Suitable for participants whose main job is persuading others. The purpose is to help participants acquire, through exercises and individual feedback, the skill to use persuasion techniques at the right time by choosing the right technique and learn the methods to handle objections.

Master Level:

Suitable for participants who want to become experts in persuasion and distinguish themselves by making a difference in this area. The purpose of this training, which covers managers as well as employees, is to contribute to the profitability of the company through persuasion techniques which the participants will internalize, apply, maintain and use to make a difference at the end of this program.

Effective Persuasion Techniques

Purpose:
Persuasion is an important part of communication. The purpose is to help employees, whose job involves communicating with others, engage customers by learning persuasion techniques .

• 3 Steps in persuasion
• Psychology of persuasion
• Handling objections

Follow-up 1: Workshop

Purpose:
To put into practice, through scenarios, case studies and group exercises, the persuasion techniques that are explained in classroom trainings and help participants generate actions in areas to be improved.

Follow-up 2: Individual Coaching Session

Purpose:
To support the development of participants after classroom trainings and workshops, to make sure they receive individual coaching on learnings which they couldn’t put into practice and thus, to contribute to their development by building a plan focusing on areas to be improved.
