At the initial stage the competencies which are expected from the relevant position are determined in collaboration with the top management and the Human Resources team for the selection and competency assessment of managers at all levels such as the Team Coach, Team Leader, Supervisor and Unit Managers.

Then stages specific to these competencies are designed and case studies, presentations, competency-based interviews and systems are created for each stage. At the end of this process, detailed analyses and competency-based reports are generated specifically for each candidate.
