Service Particulars

At the initial stage the competencies which are expected from the relevant position are determined in collaboration with the top management and the Human Resources team for the selection and competency assessment of managers at all levels such as the Team Coach, Team Leader, Supervisor and Unit Managers.

Then stages specific to these competencies are designed and case studies, presentations, competency-based interviews and systems are created for each stage. At the end of this process, detailed analyses and competency-based reports are generated specifically for each candidate.

Determining Competencies

UNIQ consultants hold a meeting with the senior managers and human resources department of the organization where competencies and priorities expected from the relevant position are discussed. A joint final agreement is reached on proficiencies to be measured.

Measuring Competencies

Various steps are implemented for the candidates who are to take part in the process based on which their competencies are observed and assessed by expert consultants using various methods.

Assessing Results

A detailed report is prepared for the candidate (including numerical results, observations and comments by consultants). Differences between the current competencies of the candidate and competencies expected in case of a managerial position, are all reported. The report is presented to the top management and the human resources team. Feedback is provided to the candidates.
