We offer unique Consultancy services specific to call centers, which constitutes our area of expertise, covering all processes under the following 8 headings: strategy, processes, income and expense management, technology, human resources, capacity and planning, environment and performance management.
How do we work?
With our Team of consultants, experts in their respective fields, we design training and development programs based on a detailed analysis carried out at the beginning of a project. After each project we measure our success using our measurement and assessment methods.

The Executive Development Program was rewarded by the Gold Stevie Award in 2015, under the category of Customer Service or Call Center Practice of the Year. The Stevie Awards is considered one of the world’s most prestigious awards. More than 1900 candidates were assessed under 54 categories globally. UNIQ became the winner in its category leaving its international competitors behind.
